Meal#2: Chicken Honey Glazed.
Recipe Ingredients:
-organic chicken breast, no skin
-olive oil
-garlic, minced
-onions, raw, chopped
-honey
-sea salt
-mandarin/orange fruit
-asparagus(optional)
Cooking Instructions:
Heat the non-stick skillet with olive oil. Saute garlic and onion. Add the chicken and sprinkle generously with sea salt. Add the honey and the mandarin fruit and let the chicken pieces brown for a few minutes, gently moving them to keep from sticking to the pan. Putting veggie is optional. In this, I put my favorite asparagus for a healthier meal. :)
This is my original recipe.
An experiment again. Because I have to go to the office and I lack time to do the cooking, my boyfriend did it while following my recipe. :)
My craving for sweet was satisfied with this healthy meal. :)
