My first easy recipe was something I experimented. I got the idea of the recipe from an application called "PCOS Diet 200 easy recipes". Because I'm a nooby in the said field, my boyfriend bought it for me as a guide. I changed some of the ingredients based on my preference.
MEAL # 1: CHICKEN OMELETTE with asparagus.
Recipe Ingredients:
-organic chicken breast, no skin, diced
-3 pcs asparagus
-2 tbsp olive oil
-3 tbsp onions, raw, chopped
-2 whole eggs
-3 tbsp almond milk
Cooking Instruction:
Heat non-stick skillet. Add olive oil, diced chicken breast, asparagus, onions and dash of salt. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat until chicken and vegetable are done. Add eggs and almond milk. Cook until you come up with the desired texture of the egg.
The plating and the presentation don't have wow factor but I promised this taste really good :)
